Who it's for

Built for women building what's next

If you are shipping product, leading a team, or hiring for one, there is a room here for you.

Distribution, hiring, fundraising, and honest peer feedback from people who have already done it.

Product managers

Frameworks, roadmaps, stakeholder battles, and a place to pressure-test your thinking out loud.

Designers & engineers

Craft, career ladders, portfolio feedback, and roles that actually match your level.

Creators & marketers

Brand collabs, campaigns, audience growth, and how members are monetising their work.

Data & AI practitioners

What is working in production, which tools are worth it, and where the field is heading next.

Hiring teams & recruiters

Senior talent, warm intros, and direct access to a vetted network of women in tech.

What you get

What members actually receive

Not a feed to scroll. A network that answers, refers, teaches, and shows up.

Answers within hours

Post a real question and get replies from members who have already solved the same problem.

A warm path to roles

A curated jobs board, a referral network, and members who will vouch for you by name.

Workshops and recaps

Live expert-led sessions plus written takeaways you can put to work the same week.

Member-only events

Meetups, panels, and small-group sessions with people at your level and one step ahead.

People at your level

20,000+ women across product, design, engineering, data, and leadership, worldwide.

Visibility that compounds

Amplification for your launch, promotion, funding round, or open role from the whole community.

Member journey

Join. Connect. Learn. Contribute.

Four stages, in this order. Members who move through them in their first week get the most out of the community, and give the most back.

Ways to contribute
Start here

Your first week, step by step

Five moves, about thirty minutes total. Do them in order and you will have a network, not just an invitation.

Intro template

Hi all — I'm [name], a [role] at [company]. I work on [one specific thing]. Right now I'm [looking for / happy to help with] [your goal].

1

Get into the workspace and finish your profile

Add your role, company, and LinkedIn so members know who they are talking to. Takes two minutes.

2

Post your intro in #introductions

Use the template below. Three lines, no pitch. This single post is what gets you remembered.

3

Follow two channels that match your goal

Job hunting? Start with #job-opportunities. Building? Start with #founders. Mute the rest.

4

RSVP to the next workshop or meetup

Live sessions are where names become faces. Put it in your calendar before you close the tab.

5

Ask one question and answer one

The fastest way to be seen as a peer instead of a lurker. Both take under five minutes.

Slack channel guide

Where to post what

Posting in the right room is the difference between a reply in ten minutes and silence. Start with two channels, not ten.

#introductions

Your first stop. Post the three-line intro and say what you are working on.

#general

Community-wide announcements and anything that does not fit elsewhere.

#job-opportunities

Open roles from members and hiring teams, including community-curated listings.

#referrals

Ask for and offer warm intros. Pair it with ReferHer to find a referrer by company.

#ask-for-help

Specific, answerable questions. Add context so people can actually help.

#wins

Launches, promotions, funding, shipped work. Celebrate and get visibility.

#events-and-workshops

RSVPs, reminders, and recaps for workshops and member meetups.

#founders

For founders and operators: distribution, hiring, fundraising, and peer feedback.

House etiquette: reply in threads instead of the main channel, keep pitches out of #general, mention only the person you are answering, and never share what is said here outside the community.

Upcoming

Come to something live

Workshops and meetups are the fastest way to go from a name in a channel to a real connection.

Next workshop to be announced

Join the community and you will be the first to hear when the next session is scheduled.

Guidelines

How we treat each other

Every member agrees to these when they join. They are what keeps the community useful, and they are enforced.

Read the full code of conduct

Be respectful and inclusive. No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.

No unsolicited promotions. Keep sales pitches relevant and in the right channel.

Post in the right channel, reply in threads, avoid unnecessary @everyone mentions.

Give as much as you take. Share insights and support other members meaningfully.

Maintain confidentiality. What is shared in member conversations stays there.

Members who repeatedly break these rules are removed to protect the rest of the community.

Free to join

Join, then do one thing today

Get your invite, post your intro in #introductions, and you are already ahead of most new members.
