About the Role

A fast-growing food-tech company is hiring a strategic and technically fluent Senior Product Manager to lead Search & Discovery. This role owns the end-to-end strategy for how customers discover restaurant options through search, curated collections, and personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own product strategy for Search & Discovery, including ranking, filtering, and personalization
  • Improve algorithms and UX to help users find favorites faster
  • Manage taxonomy and curation logic for collections and categories
  • Partner with ML/DS teams to deploy recommendation models
  • Set up A/B tests and performance dashboards
  • Collaborate across design, marketing, and engineering

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in marketplaces or personalization/search
  • Experience with search systems or ranking algorithms
  • Comfort working closely with ML and data teams
  • Strong product analytics skills (can run queries and act on data)
  • Sharp UX instincts and a passion for simplifying navigation
